Management Information Systems (MIS):
Work collaboratively with the AI, Business Data Analyst and IT Technical team to utilise Trust wide MIS, identifying support and training needs, identifying and troubleshooting issues, and ensuring the effective use of the system to meet the Trusts data management needs.
Safeguarding
All staff have a responsibility and duty of care to safeguard and promote the welfare of pupils. Training

As part of the Transport Planner Degree Apprenticeship, you'll receive high-quality training delivered by a Northeastern University London alongside your work-based learning
This is a 36-39 month (3 year degree)
You will receive Off the job learning which will typically take place one day a week, online with the rest of the on the job learning delivered in the workplace and/or at training locations
You are expected to attend University in St Katharines docks London at least once per academic year face to face as part of a two week block, the second year being online
The rest of your week will be spent gaining hands-on experience with your employer, supported by mentors and industry professionals

It is a requirement of this role to undertake and complete the Data Analyst Level 4 apprenticeship qualification provided through Multiverse
To meet the attendance requirements of the apprenticeship, the timescales for submission of course work including any assignments.
To achieve the required standard to successfully complete each year of the course and any end point assessment leading to award of the qualification
It is a responsibility to regularly update the Team Manager on progress with course work/ exam results and to attend and assist in meetings with tutors and mentors/ line manager
As an apprentice, it is not expected that you are fully able to undertake all work-based duties initially

Duties to include but not limited to;
Assist in the coordination of daily laboratory activities to ensure smooth operations and compliance with GoodLaboratory Practice (GLP)
Maintain laboratory inventory, ensuring stock levels of reagents, consumables, and equipment are properly managed
Manage sample receipt, logging, and distribution for testing while maintaining thorough documentation
Conduct analytical testing on raw materials, in-process samples, and finished products under supervision
Prepare and standardise reagents, solutions, and reference materials for testing
Follow Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP) and regulatory requirements to ensure laboratory compliance
Document and report test results while ensuring laboratory records are accurate and up to date
Support calibration, maintenance, and servicing of laboratory equipment to maintain accuracy and compliance
Assist in general housekeeping to maintain a clean and safe laboratory environment
