We are looking for a proactive and organised Business Administration Apprentice to support our business operations. This is a fantastic opportunity to gain valuable office experience while working towards a recognised qualification.
Key Responsibilities:
Handling incoming telephone calls and directing queries appropriately
Managing stock levels for the Scotland Depot
Processing customer orders accurately and efficiently
Raising invoices and preparing delivery notes for outgoing wagons to Scotland
Supporting general administrative duties as required
Training:You will be working towards a level 3 Business Administration apprenticeship in the workplace 5 days a week. A college tutor will visit you in the workplace once a month.
