The Role
We are looking for a number of Retail Stock Replenishment Assistant's to add to our already successful team.
Work will be carried out in a variety of retail stores, travel will vary on a shift-by-shift basis. Having your own vehicle would be advantageous.
You will be working as part of a team led by a Team Manager or Store Management. You will need to work at a fast pace and to a high standard our clients expect.
Duties will include the following:
De-merchandising and remerchandising to planograms, cleaning the fixture where required.
Reprofiling the fixture where necessary to ensure each product is shoppable for the customer.
Transporting stock from the warehouse onto the shop floor.
Supporting the store where necessary with replenishment.
Shifts are between 10-12 hours, days and nights (most shifts are nights). Access to the work available will be on your smartphone, via our Field Power platform where you can set your availability and accept shifts.
You will be required to clock in and out using your smart phone via our RAS Dashboard.
Travelling maybe involved when local work is not available. Accommodation will be provided when required to stay away from home.
Key Skills/ Experience Required
An eye for detail.
General level of fitness as manual handling and lifting will be involved.
Hard working and ability to work under pressure.
Previous experience in retail, although training will be provided.
Problem solving and a 'can do' attitude.

We are seeking a motivated Marine Assurance Officer to join our Fleet Service team at Fugro. This is an excellent opportunity for a driven individual looking to advance their career within the evolving Geo-data industry.
As a Marine Assurance Officer at Fugro, you will serve as an independent advisor and coach to both the Company and its vessels on matters related to QHSSE (Quality, Health, Safety, Security, and Environment) and marine operations. Within Fugro the Marine Assurance Officer is reporting both to the Regional Fleet Manager (Functional) and the Global QHSSE Manager (Hierarchical). Maintains ship security plans, develops annual QHSSE plans, and reviews project execution plans for compliance.

What you’ll need to thrive in this role:
Bachelor's degree in a higher technical education or Maritime Education and experience as a certified Ship’s Officer.
Previous sailing experience on vessels as a navigational officer and previous shore-basedexperience overseeing the QHSSE and/or operations of offshore and/or subsea vessels.
Must hold a Nebosh General Certificate and have completed the ISO14001:2015 Auditor course
Sound knowledge of international maritime regulations and industry standards and QHSSEpractices.

NVQ Level 2 in Business Administration
Experience in providing comprehensive administrative support, across a range of services and/or individuals
Experience of managing electronic or hard copy filing systems
Demonstrable organisational skills and the ability to organise and prioritise work to competing demands
Experience and competence using IT and common business support packages including Word, Outlook, Excel, LiquidLogic, Capita, Child View and Business Objects (BOXI) as well as recognition of the importance of the effective use of ICT to deliver streamlined, efficient administrative tasks
Ability to effectively produce a range of documents including letters and minutes of meetings
Ability to accurately and efficiently input and maintain information on client contact and case work
Ability to communicate in a manner which is easily understood and tailored to meet the needs of the
Ability to take ownership of work and fulfil agreed commitments, checking work for accuracy.
Demonstrable experience of identifying/recognising potential problems, and taking appropriate action to meet the needs of the service
Ability to think about alternative ways of doing things and being open to new work practices and responsive to change.
Knowledge and understanding of supporting legislation and current best practice in relation to services.

About the role:HR:
Manage all aspects of HR administration for the home including; leading on recruitment, holding interviews, conducting pre-employment checks, drafting employment contracts and monitoring training compliance levelsSupport Line Managers across the employee life cycle including appraisals, performance management, absence management etcWork very closely with the Home Manager to improve employee engagement, resolve HR issues in the home and ensure all staff feel well supported at all timesLead in organising and supporting investigation meetings, disciplinary and grievance hearings. This includes in relation to sickness absence managementDrive a positive and engaged culture across the home, ensuring our staff are well recognised for their achievements Ensure all staff are up to date with mandatory training Ensure the Company HR policies and Employee Handbook requirements are known to staff members and are implemented in the care home. Report required policy changes to the central HR teamMaintain an effective and efficient filing system for all home-related paperwork ensuring there is a consistent audit trailProvide general administrative support and follow company processes to ensure the smooth running of the care home
Finance:
Support with all aspects of Finance, such as processing invoices, preparing reports and bankingGeneral Finance administration and organisation, such as ordering items for the care home and updating resident fundingMaintain Finance excel trackers and work closely with the central Finance teamProcess resident admissions and dischargesOther duties such as archiving, filing, meeting with relatives, managing resident TV licences and managing petty cash
About you:
Previous experience in HR and/or Finance administration is essential to be consideredExperience of working in a care home is preferable, however not essentialStrong IT skills and the ability to work competently with all Microsoft Office packages, including Outlook, Word and ExcelExcellent attention to detail and able to work in a fast-paced environmentWell organised with the ability to multi taskGood people skills with a strong people focusMotivated to make a difference
