You'll be able to support and encourage the overall development of the children by ensuring their well-being, development and individual need are being met at all times and to safeguard all children within our care. You will assist in lanning and implementing appropriate activities and learning opportunities for age specific children with the ability to adapt accordingly to the children’s individual needs, interests, abilities, understanding etc.
Your role will include:
Plan and implement appropriate activities to meet the needs of the children's age and stage of development.
Ensure children are safeguarded at all times.
Ensure the company's Values and Visions are upheld.
To maintain detailed records of the children’s day-to-day activities to ensure daily handovers can take place between practitioner and parent/carer
To follow the room routines and instructions given by the room leader and management
