Duties and responsibilities of the Principal Marine Engineer:
• Specify, integrate, and design primary onboard systems including propulsion, bilge, fire, hydraulics, and HVAC for vessels between 2 and 20 metres.
• Develop detailed cable and piping routing using Siemens NX master general arrangements (GA).
• Produce and maintain primary equipment lists, P&IDs (Piping and Instrumentation Diagrams), and input into Materials Resource Planning (MRP) Bills of Materials (BOM).
• Use initiative and expert judgement to devise effective solutions to technical challenges in system design and integration.
• Maintain proficiency with relevant IT and technical tools essential for detailed engineering design and documentation.
• Act with professionalism, integrity, and in the best interests of the business at all times.
• Collaborate closely with internal teams, sub-contractors, and suppliers to ensure design compliance and production readiness.
• Liaise directly with shipyard shop floors to manage design changes, updates, and as-built documentation for in-house and outsourced work.
• Manage time efficiently to maximise productivity and meet demanding project deadlines.
• Carry out additional duties as requested by senior management to support business growth and innovation.
Health & Safety responsibilities:
• Maintain a clean, safe working environment compliant with health and safety policies and best practices.
• Ensure all equipment used is safe, electrically tested, and has all necessary guards and interlocks in place.
• Adhere to company safety processes to protect personal and colleague wellbeing.
• Report any health and safety hazards or violations to line management or the QHSE Manager immediately.
• Use and maintain PPE/workwear, reporting replacements as required.
Qualifications and requirements for the Principal Marine Engineer:
Essential skills, knowledge and experience:
• Proven experience in maritime systems design and integration across propulsion, bilge, fire, hydraulics, HVAC, and related systems.
• Competence modelling systems and producing production information using Siemens NX.
• Experience liaising with relevant regulatory bodies to ensure compliance.
• Strong ability to work closely with shipyard shop floors to manage design changes and “as fit” updates both in-house and outsourced.
Desirable skills, knowledge and experience:
• 3D CAD modelling experience in Siemens NX.
• Electrical system design knowledge.
• Familiarity with Teamcenter Product Data Management (PDM).

1. Perform general office administrative tasks, which include checking/processing order acknowledgements, shipping paperwork, confirming prices, products, and delivery dates, which include reporting any discrepancies back to the order originator.
2. Maintain data summarising currency requirements and cash flow, as well as estimated times of delivery for use by other departments of the management team.

Reports To: Director, Pricing Strategy
JOB PURPOSE:
The Manager of Platform Pricing Strategy will be responsible for setting and monitoring the pricing strategy for assigned product platforms / channels, working with Product Management, and working with Sales to create and execute account level pricing plans in line with this strategy. Additionally, this role will be responsible for promotional guidance for the key platforms. This position reports to the Director of Pricing Strategy.
RESPONSIBILITIES
Pricing Strategy Creation
Work with Product Management, Sales, and Leadership to design, develop, and maintain comprehensive and harmonized market-based pricing strategies for each platform, executed at the channel and account level designed to achieve sales and margin objectives.
In line with the designed strategy, continuously monitor and ensure new and existing pricing strategies are consistent, equitable, and profitable across all accounts, channels, and product lines.
Design new and innovative pricing models suited to the product platform aimed at maximizing margin while retaining customer traction.
Work with Product Management and Sales to set and execute pricing strategy for new product launches designed to achieve sales and profitability targets.
Partnering with the Trade and Sales Teams, implement and lead a best-in-class promotion's strategy, designed to improve promotional analytics and ensure effectiveness and profitability of promotions.
Price Negotiation & Execution Support
Serve as a strategic advisor for pricing and work closely and communicate frequently with senior leaders, Sales Team, and Product Manager Team members regarding price adjustments.
Develop and leverage innovative methods to identify and propagate pricing opportunities targeted at margin enhancement and driving sales volumes.
Play a key role in supporting the sales team on price negotiations and ensure pricing is aligned with the platform strategy.
Monitor raw material costing and develop pricing actions design to mitigate margin erosion risk and maximize margins.
QUALIFICATIONS
Education: 4-year BS degree in business or mathematics/statistics or engineering with an MBA being an added advantage.
Experience: 7+ years of relevant professional experience; 2+ years of management and leadership experience in Pricing and Business Strategy.
A subject matter expert on Product Pricing or Pricing Strategy.
Analytic and strategic thinking skills, with ability to digest complex information and make data-driven decisions.
Leader with a passion for people with the ability to exert formal and informal influence across functions.
Passionate problem solver and creative thinker, with ability to pitch new ideas and be open to feedback.

What will you be doing day to day?
As an Apprentice Nursery Practitioner, you will have the opportunity to rotate around the nursery rooms, gaining hands-on experience in all areas of our nurseries.
This, coupled with your apprentice training in Early Years, will equip you with all the skills, experience and qualification to apply to progress into a qualified educator role with us. Lead and manage a skilled team of Quality Engineers, Auditors, and Trackside Reps – both onsite and at customer locations
Oversee all aspects of the Quality Management System, ensuring compliance with IATF 16949, customer-specific requirements, and internal standards
Coordinate and host internal and external audits (IATF, CCC, etc.)
Monitor and improve site-wide quality performance using key metrics and problem-solving tools
Act as the key point of contact for customer quality concerns – driving resolution and building strong working relationships
Support PPAP submissions and ensure lessons learned are fed back into product and process development
Promote a culture of quality and continuous improvement across the site
What You’ll Need:
Proven experience in a senior Quality role within a manufacturing environment (automotive or FMCG ideal)
Strong understanding of IATF 16949 and QMS development

Your main responsibilities involve maintaining machinery and equipment specific to meat processing. This includes conducting planned and predictive maintenance to ensure optimal production levels, responding to breakdowns promptly, and identifying faults in meat processing equipment.
You actively contribute to machinery changeovers and set-ups, manufacturing and repairing component parts, and supporting continuous improvement projects. Shift lengths are generally 12 hours, days and nights (predominately nights). Access to available assignments will be on your smartphone via our Field Power platform where you can set your availability and accept shifts.
You will be required to clock in and out using your smart phone via our RAS Dashboard.
Work will be carried out on different retail customer sites / stores and travel will vary on a shift-by-shift basis.
You will be required to carry out the following:
Removing and replacing stock with the use of client plans and systems.
Adjusting shelf heights.
Moving stock from the warehouse onto the shop floor, with use of roll cages and pallet trucks.
Stock replenishment.
