This position ensures WTI project volume is managed and executed within established business rules and objectives. The WTI Divisional (East/West) Lead Scheduler/Dispatcher should be a very detail oriented and organized professional who can lead a team through changes in operating procedures and contribute to a culture of teamwork and quality. Key responsibilities include developing, communicating and training on policy and procedures for the Regional Scheduling/Dispatch team. The WTI Divisional (East/West) Lead Scheduler/Dispatcher is the subject matter expert (SME) of the Regional Scheduling/Dispatch team and fosters process and procedure understanding.
