What will you do?
Direct responsibility for Sales, Profit and Loss for the district. Compiles reports for the General Manager evaluating Industrial and Commercial TM's performance. Responsible for invoice forecasting and monitors and reports on installation performance and follow-up with customers. Trains, monitors and motivates the TM's. Assists TM's whenever necessary in the field making sales calls, presentations, and manages ongoing installation projects. Spends a minimum of three to four days per week in the field with Stonhard customers. Demonstrates the ability to lead and organize a team. Strong desire to learn new skills and grow professionally. The Role of the Territory Manager

70% of the business will be in the community + 30% in the NHS/Acute
To promote, sell and ensure proper distribution of products from the product portfolio in both the Acute and Community.
To reach sales targets for the Sales Territory using effective communication methods in a manner that ensures ethical commercial approach, as well as adherence to corporate vision and guidelines.
