Position Duties & Responsibilities:
Installation of different types of roofing systems such as BUR, EPDM, Single-ply, coatings, and other forms of low-slope roofing systems Safe operation of tools of the trade (hand tools, power tools etc.) Follow OSHA regulations and other regulatory agencies relating to job site safety, demonstrates safe work practices. Work outside in a wide variety of weather conditions and to meet the physical demands of the position, including mobility needed to complete tasks. Role Objectives

Responsibilities
Lead, motivate, and support a large team within a time-sensitive and demanding environment, including career development plans for direct reports and problem resolution. Direct and manage direct customer experience for warehouse operations. Manage data collection for the updating of metrics to achieve productivity targets, reduce costs per unit, eliminate errors, and deliver excellent customer service. Partner with cross-functional teams to improve proprietary tools and systems. Work closely with legal and safety departments to ensure that activities remain compliant. Oversee materials and inventory. Conduct budget reviews and report cost plans to upper management.
Required skills and qualifications.
Three or more years of proven success in a warehouse operations management role. Strong skills in budget development and oversight. Excellent ability to delegate responsibilities while maintaining organizational control of branch operations and customer service. Proficiency in conflict management and business negotiation processes. Knowledge of business productivity software and an aptitude for learning new applications
Preferred skills and qualifications
Bachelor's degree (or equivalent) in operations management, business administration, or related field. Working knowledge of management software programs, SAP, Manhattan, Microsoft Office. Strong collaboration skills, including experience with database development. Multiple years of financial and account reporting experience

Tremco is currently searching for a Regional Sales Support Coordinator in our Tremco Canada Division.
This position is responsible providing administrative and marketing assistance to Regional Sales Manager and Sales representatives in designated areas. In a timely manner, contact Sales Reps directly and gather information/status on sales objectives, sales actions, management measures and reserved account lists. Maintain tracking of Sales Rep progress on account development. Determine the status of customer contact per Sales Rep. Track and provide customer prospects gathered through exhibits, events, and tradeshows Monitor regional sales budget and spend Provide administrative assistance to Sales Rep on securing business opportunity with prospect clients including gathering Tremco references. The Contractor Support Specialist is a sales and support role, designed to generate contractor discretionary business in a specific area while providing localized technical support. The CSS personnel will work directly alongside the contractors, focused on the restoration coatings line, to ensure that Tremco and the contractor are providing the best solutions, the best products and the best installations to our customers.
Duties/Responsibilities, Core knowledge:
