This is a hands-on, physically demanding role, where you’ll be involved in the preparation and cleaning of steel moulds, as well as supporting the production of high-quality materials. The work is predominantly outdoors and continues in all weather conditions, perfect for someone who enjoys being active and practical.

A leading Manufacturer are looking for a hardworking and reliable individual to join a busy paint preparation team. The role involves preparing components for wet painting through a variety of processes to ensure high-quality finishes.
Main Duties
- Prepare parts for wet painting, including drilling, filling, sanding, shot blasting, sealing, cleaning, degreasing, and masking.
- Use power tools such as grinders, drills, and sanders.
- Mask threads and bores to protect from damage and paint ingress.
- Handle and move components through blasting and washing equipment.
- Hang, unload, and pack painted components safely and efficiently.
