The role: Industrial Cleaner:
Reporting to the Team Leader as you will be responsible for assisting in all production tasksCleaning the factory / production areas with power washing equipmentMaintaining a clean, hygienic work environment with the provided toolsAssist with the production duties when requiredUse of a jet wash Washing down the machines Tidying areas of the business Flexibility assistant the process operating team on the main production line, as and when requiredManual HandlingUnpacking food from outer packaging in a timely and efficient manner

· The Plant Manager will be based in the Plant in Cardiff

The Ideal Person for the Plant Manager
· Will have experience working in the construction sector in a hands-on role e.g. site worker, Yardman, labourer.
· The successful candidate should be self-motivated, responsible and have excellent inter-personal skills.
· Flexibility and initiative are essential for this demanding and rewarding position.
· A good level of physical fitness.
· A basic understanding of batching systems would be desirable.
· Good communication skills and the ability to liaise effectively with customers and suppliers.
· Commitment to Health, Safety and Environmental standards.
· Previous experience in concrete/mortar production would be beneficial.
