Summary
This customer-facing role will provide the highest level of customer service to all customers.
Offering repair resolutions for all reported product faults
Preventative maintenance servicing
Fault diagnosis and general maintenance of fitness equipment.
Attend to commercial and residential customers to repair reported issues within the specified service level agreement, as allocated by the Service Centre.
Update and completion of each job on the system.
Ensure correct parts usage and stock control of van stock.
Responsibility for ensuring all company property is maintained and departmental KPI’s are achieved.
Experience and Skills
Good communication skills and the ability to work effectively under their own esteem. They must possess a professional manner and have the ability to build good working relationships with customers.
Full, clean UK driving license.

Training:1 day a week at Basingstoke College of Technology and the remaining time at the apprentice's workplace.
The City and Guilds Diploma will be assessed via Examinations, written assessments, and practical assessments. Main Duties and Responsibilities:
Supporting teachers and students during practical work, to include setting up demonstrations and equipment, providing guidance to pupils in the development of their tasks, including the safe operation and demonstration of equipment
To assist with overseeing the work of small groups of students engaged in practical tasks, as requested by the PE coordinator/lead and under the supervision of the classroom teacher
Day-to-day support of lessons, including preparing equipment, materials and teaching aids
To support with the efficient organisation of the work and storage areas and to ensure the cleanliness, safety and security of these areas at all times

Supporting with classroom activities
Where appropriate for the above activities, support staff with:

Depending on the area, you will be assigned a tutor and training will be blended - involving both virtual and face-to-face
Training will be weekly and off-the-job training hours will be logged
You will be working with an E-portfolio (BUD System) and, alongside your tutor, you will be assigned a mentor from within your workplace
Following a successful Gateway meeting, you will move forward for an End Point Assessment
Upon successful completion of the EPA you will achieve a Level 3 Teaching Assistant Apprenticeship

There are many aspects to the role, including printing, finishing, operation of machinery, administration and problem solving.
As an apprentice, you will be responsible for setting up and operating the wide format printers and heat presses. You will ensure all daily and long-term orders are completed within the required timescales, ensuring all products produced meet both quality control standards and the clients’ specifications. The role is also responsible for assisting with design and product development, using skills in Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator and Microsoft Office Software.

As an apprentice, you will be working alongside a team of experienced technicians, where you will learn to maintain and repair customer's vehicles to an extremely high standard. You will be working on the latest modern vehicle products and technologies. This will include the latest vehicle operating electronic systems including alternative fueled vehicle systems such as EV (full electric vehicles), hybrid vehicles and where applicable hydrogen powered vehicles.
Your duties will include:
General servicing and repairs, this will require the candidate to work to manufacturer’s guidelines to ensure the vehicle is operating to its optimum required performance
The candidate will be expected to, under guidance and mentoring learn processes and procedures as required in respect of vehicle technical repairs. This will also include manufacturer’s warranty processes and procedures
The candidate will be guided through more complex diagnostic and repair procedures involving electronic vehicle operating systems. Examples of this are ABS systems, electric engine management operating systems, electronic operating gearbox systems, electronic operating steering systems, ADAS operating systems, infotainment systems
**Please note you will be required to drive these vehicles therefore a full UK driving licence is required.Training:

You will achieve a Level 3 Motor Vehicle Service and Maintenance Technician qualification
Level 2 Functional Skills in maths and English, if required

Training Outcome:
Upon successful timely completion of the apprenticeship, the candidate will have achieved a Level 3 Motor Vehicle Service and Maintenance Technician Standard
A candidate’s progression route, after successfully completing a level 3 apprenticeship, will allow them to move forward with a view to progressing into specific manufacturer’s product training at levels 1, 2 and 3, moving on to diagnostic technician, this may lead to master technician training

Working as an Apprentice Dental Nurse, your role will involve:
Working alongside the dentist, taking instructions from them and responding in an appropriate manner
Maintaining good infection control procedures and adhering to policies and protocols
Ensuring cleanliness of surgery, equipment and instruments used and carrying out general housekeeping duties
Dictate information from the dentist and recording patient information correctly
Arranging appointments, answering calls and inputting data on the computer
Assist with administration tasks and ensure records are kept up to date and to maintain confidentiality at all times
Dental nurses interact daily with patients and, therefore, you must be able to make patients feel welcome and offer reassurance to anxious patients, endeavouring to make their experience as comfortable as possible
Training:Level 3 Dental Nurse Apprenticeship Standard qualification, which includes:
Level 2 functional skills in maths and English (if required)
End-Point observation assessment
There will be limited sessions that will require college attendance at our Walsall Campus during the training period. All other sessions remain virtual on a once-weekly basis. Full-time apprentices will typically spend 15 months on-programme (before the gateway) working towards the occupational standard, with a minimum of 6 hours per week off-the-job training.
The purpose of the End-Point Observation is to test that an apprentice is fully capable of doing their job before they receive their apprenticeship certificate. It also helps to demonstrate that what an apprentice has learned can be applied in the real world.
Training is virtual once per week. However, there are x4 taught sessions that will require mandatory college attendance. Notice of these will be provided upon enrolment.Training Outcome:Upon successful completion of the apprenticeship, there may be a full-time role available and once qualified you can register as a dental nurse with the General Dental Council.
