RESPONSIBILITIES:
Cover reception– undertake reception duties.
Assist with booking carers onto training, confirm courses prior, confirm attendance, gain feedback and issue certificate.
Undertake checks for prospective foster carers.
Scan TSD folders and issue certificates once sign off sheet is received.
Support the team with respect to Admin duties.
Act as the point of contact for internal and external clients.
