All of the above would have training provided, and we would start slowly and drip feed new tasks once original tasks have been mastered but above would be the ideal for someone to be managing.
We need someone who is motivated, enthusiastic, has some experience with Excel, Word and computers in general. Social media personal experience would be a bonus, but not required. Someone who is friendly, likes gifting and working on nice, pretty products and is excited to work alongside an established start-up brand.

You will be responsible for handling a caseload of transactions, providing conveyancing for clients and delivering completions within the required timeframes as per the terms of their auction transactions.
Ideally, you will be used to working within a fast-paced environment and handling files at every stage of the conveyancing process.

The general Accountancy duties within this role may include:
Dealing with basic book keeping
Processing invoices
Recording receipts and payments
Preparing and checking ledger balances and other monthly and yearly accounts
Completing and submitting tax returns, VAT returns and National Insurance contributions

Accounting systems and processes
Identify, collate and process financial and accounting data from primary sources such as business records.
Attention to detail
Examine financial and accounting data to identify issues with quality and reliability as instructed and in accordance with guidance.
Correcting financial data errors
Rectify errors in financial and accounting data, escalating problems beyond their remit as appropriate.
Ensuring accurate financial records
Reconcile transactional data to minimise the chance of errors in financial and accounting outputs such as sales and purchase invoices, sale and purchase orders, bank statements and payroll.
Optimising efficiency
Plan and review workloads with supervisor to ensure best use of time to complete allocated tasks efficiently.
Professional communication
Communicate with internal and external stakeholders using appropriate methods and professional language. Examples may include letters, phone, face-to-face, e-mail, video call, online chat functions etc.
Secure data management
Use financial and accounting software packages to input and manage data safely and securely in line with organisational instructions.

Service technicians are trained in all areas of vehicle mechanics and electronics, from engine and exhaust systems to air conditioning and security features.
The role will vary by the employer based upon the specific needs of the location, but the position typically involves:
Developing an understanding of workshop equipment
Advising the service receptionists about required repairs
Producing time estimates
Maintaining repair and service records
Training:
The programme lasts for at least 36 months (3 years) and you'll achieve a nationally recognised qualification
All our apprentices are employed through the dealer network and attend weeklong block training at our state-of-the-art training centre in Daventry.
Block training is complemented by a combination of regular coaching visits from one of our experienced coaches as well as Virtual Classroom sessions and E-Learning modules
Your development is supported through your apprenticeship journey, with your learning focused towards achieving a qualification recognised across the motor industry
This will provide the foundation to develop your career, as there are lots of opportunities within our expanding dealer network to progress and move into new roles once you’ve successfully completed the programme
Qualification: Level 3 Motor Vehicle Service and Maintenance Technician (Light Vehicle)
Before the Standard is met, all apprentices must hold a certificate that meets the EU’s 2014 F-gas regulation
