POSITION PURPOSE SUMMARY
The Co-op Account Manager role for Ace Hardware partners closely with the Director of Sales and National Account Executives (NAEs) to drive sales growth across all assigned product platforms. This position plays a key role in supporting Rust-Oleum's partnership with Ace Hardware by managing key sales processes, dealer communication, and trade show execution.
RESPONSIBILITIES:
Sales Support & Execution - 30%
Support NAEs and the Director of Sales in achieving and exceeding assigned sales goals by expanding product distribution, managing promotional execution, and leveraging Ace's distribution network. Collaborate with Ace's merchant team to identify opportunities for new listings, promotions, and assortment optimization.
Field & Communication Support - 20%
Serve as the primary contact for field sales teams, providing timely updates, materials, and program support. Manage and maintain the internal SharePoint site, ensuring all content is accurate, current, and easily accessible for the field.
Trade Show Leadership - 20%
Lead planning, coordination, and execution of all Ace Hardware trade show activities, including logistics, booth setup, product samples, and post-show follow-up.
Vendor Portal & Reporting - 10%
Own and manage all functions related to Ace Hardware's Vendor Portal and Promotional Dashboard, ensuring data accuracy and timely reporting.
Cross-Functional Support - 20%
Product Line Reviews P&L Development and Maintenance Promotional Planning and Tracking Returns & Allowances Forecasting and Demand Planning Competitive Analysis and Market Insights Portal Content Management Sample and Empty Can Preparation for Line Reviews / Trade Show
QUALIFICATIONS:
Required job knowledge and skills: Field Sales experience. Excellent verbal and written skills as well as presentation skills. Ability to prioritize in a fast-paced environment. Collaborative work style. Strong computer application knowledge including Excel, PPT, and Word as well as familiarity with customer portal management. SAP and Microsoft BI experience a plus Required Education or certification: Bachelor's Degree Qualifications or previous experience: 5 + years of Sales Field experience. Key account management a plus. Demonstrated track record of leading customers to growth. Previous experience with 2 step distribution preferred Describe other special requirements such as travel or physical requirements such as lifting: Up to 40% travel. The Role of the Territory Manager
Our client sells a range of advanced wound care dressings, absorbents, skin protectants, peak flow meters, gloves, & surgical tapes
70% of the business will be in the community + 30% in the NHS/Acute
To promote, sell and ensure proper distribution of products from the product portfolio in both the Acute and Community.
To reach sales targets for the Sales Territory using effective communication methods in a manner that ensures ethical commercial approach, as well as adherence to corporate vision and guidelines.
Customers will include TVNs, Procurement, Nursing Homes, Stoma Nurses, Incontinence Nurses, Practice Nurses, Pharmacists, District Nurses and a range of Key Opinion Leaders.
The Territory Manager is required to promote, sell, and ensure formulary compliance for products in the range in both the acute and community for the defined Sales Territory to ensure sales targets are achieved.
It is important to work closely with the Clinical Nurse Advisors and Business Development Managers within the team to enhance your sales success
Participation with the Regional Business Manager, Clinical Nurse Advisor and Business Development Manager in the development and implementation of local business plans with the aim of achieving high compliance with new Formulary Awards and driving market share growth to achieve sales targets.
Close working with the Business Development Manager & Clinical Nurse Advisor within the Region to ensure all hospital and community Formularies are secured and fully compliant.

Draft and review project proposals in collaboration with the sales team

Tremco is looking for a Contractor Support Specialist to cover Pennsylvania.
The Contractor Support Specialist is a sales and support role, designed to generate contractor discretionary business in a specific area while providing localized technical support. The CSS personnel will work directly alongside the contractors, focused on the restoration coatings line, to ensure that Tremco and the contractor are providing the best solutions, the best products and the best installations to our customers.
Duties/Responsibilities, Core knowledge:
* Ensure safe execution and delivery of all roofing services and operations. * Provide a variety of technical training sessions in the contractor's office and field applications. * Provide hands on application training and supervision of roof coatings and installation. * Perform roof inspections reports with written reports on condition analysis, photo documentation, recommendation and material budget estimates. * Communicate professionally with our customers, Tremco sales representatives and regional sales managers and corporate staff. * Complete weekly/monthly reports, sales activities, proposals and purchase orders. * Travel within the assigned territory, complete expense reports on a timely basis. * Pre-project field inspections and technical support including but not limited to: * Peel tests * Product recommendations * Proper product installation * Product diagnostic support to ensure the contractor is kept out of trouble in misuse of products for the situation. * Provide an on-going sales support, training and development to the contractors, per the direction of the local sales reps. * Be a direct line of contact to the contractors in the designated area, per the local sales reps, to maintain a good working relationship with the existing contractor base, keeping them informed and trained on Tremco s product line and new products introduced. * Develop new contractors in the area, per the local sales team, by training on product systems and their usage.
Skills, Qualifications, Experience, Special Physical Requirements:
* High School diploma or GED * Associate s degree (AAS), or Trade School Certification, or Bachelor s Degree (BS) preferred. * 5+ years of roofing sales or technical experience in the commercial market. * 2+ years of roofing repair, troubleshooting, or field service experience. * Working knowledge of commercial roofing systems including built-up, modified, single ply, and metal systems. * Must have a valid drivers license and acceptable Motor Vehicle record. * Class B CDL driver s license. * Strong roofing or building science mechanical aptitude. * Prior experience in a field sales and service leadership role. * Practical computer application literacy (including Microsoft Office Suite and learn internal business systems). * In-depth technical understanding and extensive hands-on knowledge of applications of products. Intimate knowledge of product line. * History of working in a field that required autonomy and self-motivation. * Prior experience that demonstrates a strong work ethic and ability to multi-task. * Overnight travel of up to 25% to support assigned customer accounts. The salary range for applicants in this position generally ranges between $60,000 and $70,000. Assistant– Data Support (Accounts & Purchasing)
Primary Responsibilities:
1. Purchasing & Supplier Data Updates
Update Lead Time for each order according to the latest information
Check and update Backorder status and pending deliveries
Extract sales data and update the Forecast table for each supplier
2. Monitoring & Reporting
Prepare summary tables of stock status: In Stock/ Backorder/ Pending/ Shipped
Monitor stock levels and report significant changes
Prepare reports comparing latest purchase prices with previouspurchase and sales prices
3. Decision Support
Alert for any changes in Lead Time or delayed deliveries
Prepare stock and sales data for relevant departments
4. Ad-hoc Claim Support (Not a Main Task)
Collect supporting documents related to claims when issues arise
Prepare reports summarising claim details to assist in resolution
Backup Secondary Tasks (for less busy periods)
Data Cleaning & Validation: Review Forecast/Stock/Backorder data for errors or missing values
Historical Reporting: Prepare retrospective reports (e.g. monthly sales, past Lead Time changes, resolved discrepancies)
Documentation: Create templates and step-by-step guides for recurring tasks
System Support: Practise advanced Excel, ERP, or develop automation tools (e.g. Pivot, Power Query, Dashboards)

The accounts team is small so although there aren't dedicated areas currently, we are a rapidly growing and expanding business so new roles and areas will materialise as we grow
