The principal is seeking a general dentist, you could have recently qualified as there is plenty of support, or you may be more established in your career, in mixed practice seeking a more private focussed role, or a private dentist already; there really is plenty of scope to ensure it fits with the individual. Most important to the practice, is to find a candidate that is kind in nature and can develop excellent relationships with their patients and become part of the team. If however, you have skills in veneers, or Invisalign (or similar), this would be beneficial. Also, the practice is currently referring out Implant cases, thus, whilst there is not currently lots of Implants work (it is not being marketed currently), there is good scope for you to do this in-house if you have skills and experience in this area. Maintenance of the surrounding woodland and shrubs
