Responsible for the smooth and effective day to day running of Lifetime's Academy programmes, ensuring all clients and learners receive an outstanding experience. You will be the key point of contact for all learners, building trusted relationships with programme delegates, Coaches and clients.
What will you be doing?
Managing course bookings and provide course delegates with all relevant pre- and post-course materials
Maintaining accurate learners' records on the CRM system
Liaising with clients, learners, facilitators and Coaches regarding event details, ensuring the accurate capture of information on databases
Managing event logistics and ensure end-to-end process delivers a quality experience to the client
Organising all resources, venues and financial administration in relation to the programme
Proactively manage programme issues, working collaboratively to resolve them or escalating when needed
Working with the operational teams to ensure the programme is supported at site level and all available products are understood and utilised where appropriate
Responsible for ensuring the client's needs are always met through the operational team's delivery of tailored high-quality training and excellent customer service
Supporting programme performance by identifying opportunities to improve efficiency, client retention and value
Ensuring the retention of all client contracts and compliance to service level agreements
Maintaining excellent relationships and service to ensure all clients' needs are met through effective partnership management
Managing and developing client, stakeholder and partner relationships including key stakeholders in each operational/divisional area of the business
Ensuring accurate and timely internal reporting with analysis to improve contract performance
Maximising commercial and other income to increase profitability

It will also provide you with the relevant qualification to apply for professional registration as a dental nurse to the General Dental Council (GDC).
