Responsibilities of the Therapeutic Residential Worker:
Experience working as a Support Worker in a similar setting (including SEN or PRU schools, youth work, youth offending, children’s social care – desirable as full training given)
Ensuring to help the children with their emotional, physical and developmental needs.

Duties will include:
Carry out inspections of cars, car-derived vans and light goods vehicles, including electric vehicles, for basic routine maintenance.
Inspect, remove and replace components on various vehicle systems.
Maintain stock levels and undertake replenishment activities when stock deliveries are received.
Use a range of specialist tools, measuring instruments and diagnostic equipment.
Comply with environmental and health, and safety regulations and procedures.
Use the appropriate personal protective equipment.
Organise your work, meeting deadlines and scheduling tasks appropriately.
Liaising with customers and other members of staff to provide an excellent level of customer service.
