As the Stores Person you will play a crucial role within the Stores, supporting the business in the upkeep and organisation of the onsite stores.
The key responsibilities for the Stores Operative role will include:
- Kit preparing for the production team
- Packing for distribution to production
- Be responsible for organising and maintaining the stores and all physical stocks
- Ensuring all parts are stored and issue correctly to avoid damage.
- Follow all Health & Safety guidelines
- Inputting data information into computers
- Following instructions for picking & packing
To be a successful Stores Operative you must:
- Have experience working within a electronic manufacturing stores (desirable)
- Have kitting or Picking & Packing experience
- High level of attention to detail
- Be PC literate
- Accurate data entry and stock checks experience
- Be able to read and follow instructions for picking & Packing
This is a temporary to permanent role, working a day shift Monday to Friday 8am - 4:30pm.
The Stores Person role is paying £12.21 - £12.50ph (Depending on Experience)

With years of experience providing the design and manufacture of electrical and assembly products, they are based in a modern facility in Hampshire and looking for a skilled Assembly Technician to join their expanding team.
This role is offering a Permanent contract, working Monday to Friday with an early finish on Fridays. Salary - £26,000 - £35,000 (Depending on Experience)

Maintenance Engineer (Machines and Facilities) Location: Havant, Hampshire Permanent Role
What you will be doing
We are seeking a hands-on Maintenance Engineer (Machines and Facilities) to manage the facilities, infrastructure, and assets of our client’s business. You will leverage your skills and coordinate a network of suppliers and subcontractors to ensure high availability, safety, and cost-effectiveness across all operations.
Key responsibilities include:
Maintain and improve the availability of CNC and manual machinery, plant, and infrastructure through a preventative maintenance programme.
Implement current HSE legislation, including certification, monitoring, and inspection within your areas of responsibility.
Assist with the maintenance of building security across all facilities.
Ensure facilities, equipment, and machinery are available to maximise productivity.
Deliver facilities-related projects on schedule, within budget, and to agreed requirements.
Proactively support day-to-day maintenance activities across multiple sites.
Maintain, improve, and report on industrially recognised Key Performance Indicators (KPIs).
What we are looking for
Proven experience in maintenance or facilities management.
Strong experience in preventative and reactive maintenance of CNC and manual machining centres.
Hands-on experience with hydraulics, pneumatics, electrics, and mechanical systems is highly desirable.
Proven experience in managing large, complex projects.
Ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a team.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office; experience with complex maintenance programmes and SAP is desirable.

In this role you will provide support to Facilties department.
Your role will envolve carrying out the following tasks:
Arrange annual building/clinical equipment servicing visits with external providers.
Perform routine inspections of premises and equipment to ensure H&S compliance and report any findings to line manager.
Assist with general maintenance tasks such as minor repairs, painting and furniture assembly
Prompt resolution of IT issues either internally or through outsourced IT support.
Arrange for IT accounts to be set up for new employees
Gather staff pet insurance certificates at renewal date and update records
Place weekly practice essentials order
Attend meetings and write minutes
Conduct visitor H&S inductions
Keep the team page on the Optivet website up to date with new employees.
Ensure all consult rooms have the essential listed equipment at the start of the day
