Are you a skilled Welder fabricator looking for your next opportunity? Were working with a well-established and growing engineering firm in Welder fabricator who are looking to add to their friendly team. This role offers great rates of pay, steady day shifts, and the opportunity to go permanent for the right person.
What Youll Be Doing
- Fabricating and assembling metal structures and components according to specifications.
- Operating welding equipment primarily in both MIG and TIG Welding - any experience in MMA Welding would also be beneficial.
- Use hand tools and power tools effectively for cutting, shaping, and finishing materials.
- Able to perform both in the workshops and fit out on site.
- Read and interpret engineering drawings.
- Perform quality checks on completed work to ensure adherence to standards.
- Maintain a clean and safe working environment, adhering to health and safety regulations.
- Collaborate with team members to meet production deadlines while maintaining quality.
What We\'re Looking For
- Apprentice-trained or time-served welder/fabricator
- Must have CSC card and experience working on site
- Strong background in installation and fitting of balustrades and balconies
- Confident reading technical drawings
- 3+ years experience MIG and TIG welding
- Fitting experience is a plus, but not essential
- Someone who can hit the ground running and work on their own initiative
