Conduct an initial assessment of the gardens and help planprioritise for the day.

Work discreetly and professionally. Closely alongside the teamas well as working individually.
Perform a variety of gardening tasks with a focus on qualityand efficiency.
Planning and coordinating with colleagues to ensure smoothoperations.
Understanding the aims for each garden, incorporating clients’desires and planning for future visits.
Ensure all garden work is left to high standard and taking timeto appreciate the garden and the work completed.

English and Maths: Apprentices without level 2 English andmaths must achieve level 1 and take the test for level 2 beforetaking the end-point assessment

Training Outcome:
For the right candidate there is the potential to obtain full time work following the completion of the apprenticeship
There is also the potential to progress onto the level 3 apprenticeship
