Operate the call/recall of patients for QoF, IIF and Enhanced Services
Use of AI and other technology in processing referrals and advice & guidance
Monitoring A&G requests and 2WW to ensure referrals are actioned
Submission of prior approval tickets and individual funding requests
Submission of managed referrals on behalf of the wider Practice as requested
Monitor e-RS system and maintain associated worklists
Deal with enquiries from patients regarding referrals
Process Subject Access Requests and other private work using EMIS and iGPR within the recommended timescale
Provide administrative support to the safeguarding leads within the Practice, ensuring requests for information are completed and returned within the timescale
Provide administrative support to Practice meetings as required e.g. palliative, safeguarding etc. Using AI and other technology for notetaking
Maintain confidentiality and effective security of data all times
Training:
You will be completing your Level 3 Business Admin Apprenticeship with Woodspeen Training
All training is delivered through remote delivery into the workplace
Training Outcome:
For the right person, there is an opportunity to secure full-time employment with the employer and progress on to higher level qualifications

Training:Business Administrator Level 3 Apprenticeship Standard:
The apprenticeship delivery will take place at the workplace, with monthly classroom sessions on a virtual basis
These sessions will be delivered on a 121 basis from a trainer and you will have set assignments/tasks to complete after every delivery session
Training Outcome:
The right candidate will complete the apprenticeship and integrate into the administration team
