Practice Reception Apprentice
Meet and greet patients from the reception desk and assist with patient queries.
Answering telephones.
Administrative work to include form filling, filing, photocopying, emailing, computer-based tasks.
Liaising with other organisations such as hospitals etc.
Provide assistance to other members of the practice team.
Training:
Business Admin Level 3.
No day release to college, training to be done in house.
Training Outcome:
Opportunity to become a permanent member of the practice team with career prospects in administration. With the prospect of further NHS training such as AMSPAR etc.
