Commis Chef Apprentice

Their duties can include preparing meals, monitoring inventory levels of ingredients and kitchen supplies, assisting a senior chef in meal preparation and sanitising kitchen surfaces and tools. They may also ensure that staff prepare all food supplies before their expiration dates, plate and present meals to patrons and unpack and organise food supply deliveries.

Functional Skills up to Level 2 in English and Maths as required.

Progression to full-time employment.

Drusilla Inn, a newly opened Gastro pub located in Horton Wimborne. working towards fine dining restaurant, hoping in the future to gain AA accreditation

Working Hours :
Wednesday to Saturday 8am to 10pm, (shifts will be split) Sundays 8am to 7pm.
