Your duties may include but are not limited to:
Taking messages, administrative paperwork, represent the practice in a positive way Process prescriptions Book appointments promptly, maintaining the appointment system, responsible for opening and locking of the practice Keep workplaces clean and initiating contact with patientsTraining:
Training to be provided in relation to a Level 2 Customer Service Practitioner Apprenticeship by Milton Keynes College.
Training Outcome:
Opportunities to progress within the organisation and develop a successful career.
