Responsibilities:

Produce accurate records and documents including emails, letters, files, payments, reports and proposals  Organises meetings and events, takes minutes during meetings and creates action logs as appropriate Update and review databases, record information and produce data analysis where required

Training:

Level 3 Business Administrator Apprenticeship Standard:

The successful applicant will be allocated an assessor who will visit them in the workplace once every 6-8 weeks College study

Training Outcome:
Possible permanent role

Working Hours :
Monday – Friday; 9am – 5pm. (Breaks to be confirmed)
