IT Solutions Apprentice
Client Interaction: Handle incoming client calls and provide exceptional customer service
First-Line Support: Assist with troubleshooting and resolving basic IT issues, including software and hardware problems
Hardware Deployment: Assist with deploying and updating client hardware
AI and Business Central Tasks: Support tasks related to AI implementations and Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central
Documentation: Maintain accurate records of client interactions and support activities
Collaboration: Work closely with senior staff to escalate and resolve complex issues
Training:
IT Solutions Technician Level 3 Apprenticeship Standard:
An apprenticeship includes regular training with a college or other training organisation At least 20% of your working hours will be spent training or studyingTraining Outcome:
There will be a full-time role available for a hardworking apprentice who excels in both the job role and their apprenticeship studies Truly SMB will also consider higher levels of qualifications (including apprenticeships) as a progression pathway, if agreed as part of a CPD strategy

Working Hours :
Monday to Friday, either 08:00 - 16:00 or 09:00 - 17:00 (30 mins lunch)
