Business Administration Apprentice - Recruitment Resourcer

To be the first point of contact for apprenticeship enquiries, managing the apprenticeship inbox & answering calls To work with external agencies, schools and our college campuses across the city to generate applicant referrals To provide information and advice to applicants, advising on apprenticeship opportunities and signposting to vacancies To provide reception cover as required To prepare candidate information for recruitment days, arrange candidate packs and assessments Effectively use Outlook, Microsoft Teams, Office 365, and other internal data systems to maintain accurate records and reporting systems To advertise apprenticeship vacancies using a variety of platforms, such as apprenticeship recruitment websites, jobs pages, social media and more To attend events in schools, colleges and the community to promote apprenticeships to potential applicants To support the apprenticeship employer advisers in job matching and arranging interviews To provide administrative support, completing recruitment documentation and event support as required To complete all associated apprenticeship work and attend regular visits with the assessor To carry out any other duties commensurate to the post as required

Training will take place at the place of work

Employer Description:
Our Apprenticeships team are unique in that they employ Apprentice Support Officers, whose main focus is to care for and assist all apprentices whilst they carry out their apprenticeship programmes. The college believes the more support an apprentice gets with any personal issues and struggles, the better they will perform in their apprenticeship. Support Officers make it their mission to ensure the happiness of apprentices.

Working Hours :
Monday - Thursday 8:30am to 4:30pm, Friday 8:30am to 2pm.
