Pharmacy Technician Apprenticeship
The job will involve:
Working in the dispensary- preparing and dispensing medicines Working in the pharmacy retail area- serving at the counter and providing general pharmaceutical healthcare adviceThis role will also provide clinical services, after specific training is undertaken, such as becoming a vaccinator.
Training:
The training course is a distance learning course with regular contact with your course tutor.
There is one day of paid study leave a week which can be done at home or in the pharmacy (if required) to enable completion of the course tasks and requirements.
Training Outcome:
Successful completion of the GPhC accredited Pharmacy Technician course will lead to the ability to register as a professional Pharmacy Technician.

Working Hours :
Alternate Mondays 9am- 5:30pm Tuesday 9am- 5:30pm Wednesday 9am- 5:30pm Thursday 9am- 5:30pm (off site study day) Fridays 9am- 5:30pm Alternate Saturdays 9am- 5:30pm Half an hour lunch break each day
