Lean Manufacturing Apprentice
Learn and apply lean manufacturing techniques in daily operations
Assist in the assembly and production of bespoke wardrobe systems
Support continuous improvement initiatives across the factory
Work with colleagues to maintain a clean, safe, and efficient working environment
Learn how to identify and reduce waste in production processes
Follow health & safety procedures at all times
Develop problem-solving skills and contribute ideas to improve productivity and quality
Using Power Tools and Hand Tools
Developing practical skills in the safe use of machinery, including fixed stand sanders, airlines, cross-cut saws, and panel saws.
Training:
An apprenticeship includes regular training with a college or other training organisation. At least 20% of your working hours will be spent training or studying.
Training Outcome:
The successful candidate will be given the opportunity of full-time employment upon completion of the advanced apprenticeship if available.

We have showrooms in Hull, East Yorkshire & Scunthorpe in North Lincolnshire and we serve their surrounding areas, including Beverley, Market Weighton, Hornsea, Withernsea and the west Hull villages from the Hull office and Grimsby, Goole and Worksop from the Scunthorpe office.t
Working Hours :
Monday to Thursday 7.30am to 4.30pm Friday 7.30am to 1.30pm
