Bleng Farms are a large, mixed farm supplying lamb to Morrisons and beef to Waitrose. We take pride in producing top-quality products, and even more pride in the welfare of our team. Your happiness, health, and enjoyment at work are their top priorities.

As a General Farm Worker Apprentice, you’ll gain hands-on experience across various areas of the farm. From working with livestock to learning how to operate machinery, every day will bring something new. You’ll be outdoors year-round, so resilience and a genuine love for the British countryside (whatever the weather!) are a must.

Training:
The successful candidate will obtain a Level 2 General Farm Worker Apprenticeship standard qualification

Working Hours :
Monday - Friday, 9.00am - 4.00pm with a 60-minute lunch break.
