ICT Apprenticeship
Provide support and advice on a wide range of IT services and technologies, including Microsoft, Google and Apple platforms
Process/triage incoming requests for support, through the service board, in line with our published SLAs
Participate in smaller Project work at client sites
Participate in training as arranged by the Apprenticeship providers
Monitor service board and progress accordingly
Provide exceptional Service support to the client
Provide solution(s)/work around(s) to incidents and problems
Maintain clear communication to the team and clients
Assisting account managers by responding to queries regarding sites. Perform any other reasonable duties consistent with the role as required
Ensure all Tickets and recorded data (e.g. ITBoost) are kept up to date as changes are made
Escalate issues within the team where necessary
Training Outcome:
The successful candidate may be offered full-time employment
