IT Apprenticeship

Providing first line remote and in person support to the seven offices within The Harris Group via our ticket system, emails, messages, and phone calls Accurately logging, tracking, and prioritising helpdesk requests using our ticket system Following IT standard procedures and policies Maintaining user accounts across multiple systems Configuring both hardware and software Troubleshooting both hardware and software issues When required, escalating issues to external suppliers or contacts

Training:
Full training and support will be provided by your workplace mentor and from the Baltic team

Training Outcome:
Possible career progression upon completion of the apprenticeship

Working Hours :
Monday to Friday 37.5 Hours Per week. Shifts to be confirmed.
