Supporting Pupils:

Working with the teacher in lesson planning, evaluating and adjusting lessons/work plans as appropriate Support with preparing the classroom and learning resources Monitoring and evaluating pupils’ responses to learning activities through observation and planned recording of achievement Providing objective and accurate feedback to the teacher on pupil Promoting positive values, attitudes and good pupil behaviour dealing with any incidents in line with established policy and encouraging pupils to take responsibility for their own behaviour Assist in displaying pupil work and managing materialsSupporting the Curriculum:
Aid pupils in understanding instructions and using ICT Help maintain educational resources and equipment Lead structured learning activities under teacher guidance, adjusting activities according to pupils responses and needs Helping pupils to access learning activities through specialist supportSupporting the School:
