Supporting all admin tasks within the business Report downloads Formatting documentation Keeping all data inputting up to date and monitoring this daily Collecting PODs for all shipments and filing them away Carrying out reception duties Responding to emails Carrying out telephone duties Filing documents Support purchasing and expediting deliveries Organising company documents Carrying out any general admin tasks required Carrying out any other tasks within the business if required

Training:
The Business Administrator Level 3 Apprenticeship is 21 months in duration The apprentice will be required to attend college days once in every 3 week period at Morpeth Leisure Centre

Training Outcome:
Possible full time employment
