Business Administration Apprenticeship
Key Responsibilities:
Provide general administrative support to various departments Answer and direct phone calls and emails in a professional manner Maintain physical and digital filing systems Assist in preparing documents, reports, and presentations Schedule meetings, appointments, and take meeting minutes Order office supplies and manage inventory Handle incoming and outgoing mail Data entry and updating internal databases Support HR, finance, or other teams as required Maintain a clean and organised work environmentTraining:
Off-the-job training will take place one day a week at Oldham College.
Training Outcome:
Full-time position available upon successful completion.

Working Hours :
Monday - Friday 9am - 4pm Your hours will be between these times.
