Accountancy Apprenticeship - Oxford

The Finance Assistant role will be responsible for the management of the accounts receivable functions for Ethical Property and The Social Justice and Human Rights Centre, and provide support for accounts payable.
The Finance Assistant will report to the Finance Manager.

Day-Day Responsibilities:

• Management of tenant deposits, including processing any refunds
• Management of the ledger, including allocation of receipts, customer statements
• Support and cover for the Credit Controller, working to resolve outstanding debt in a timely manner
• Provide debtor reports to Finance Manager and relevant Centre Manager and Conference Sales Co-ordinator on a monthly basis
• Ensure all sales ledger paperwork scanned and filed
