CNC Machinist / Toolmaking Apprentice
Your training will cover:
CNC machining operations Manual milling, turning and grinding Tool and die making and maintenance Reading and interpreting technical drawings Problem-solving and fault-finding on dies and tooling Working with a variety of materials to tight tolerancesTraining:
BTEC Level 3 Diploma in Advanced Manufacturing Engineering (Machining).
3 x 5 weeks blocks of training at TDR; milling, turning and hand fitting.
Training Outcome:
Full-time position upon completion of apprenticeship.
