Shopfitting Apprentice

Apprentice Shopfitting to learn carpentry and joinery, plus other aspects of the trade, including painting and decorating, flooring, suspended ceiling hanging, etc. Employees are expected to be eager to learn and have a basic knowledge of carpentry and joinery Willing to work as part of a team to complete shop fits on time and to a high standard Workshop machinery, including sheet saws, rip saws, spindle moulders, etc., is all in our workshop, and training will be provided to be able to set up and use them to manufacture the required fixtures and fittings for the projects Must be willing to work out of town, returning at weekends A driver's licence is preferred but not essential

Training:
The apprentice will attend Freemen's Park Campus for 2 days every 2 weeks The rest of the time, the apprentice will be working on-site/in the workshop with the employer

Full time position

Working Hours :
In Leicester 8am- 4.30pm On site 8am- 7pm
