Digital Support Technician Apprentice
An average day can be very situational depending on the project and business requirements however, some of the aspects of this role include:
Providing technical support for users and stakeholders with IT issues and requirements. Installing and configuring hardware, software and operating systems. Assisting with maintenance and development of IT infrastructure. Triaging incidents to escalate complex problems where necessary. Maintaining company records of assets and software. You will have the chance to get involved in complex problem-solving whilst learning theory that backs this up.Training:

Working Hours :
37 ½ - Mon-Fri. Times to be confirmed. Day release, at least 2 days a week in the office based on company needs.
