Childcare Apprenticeship - Stafford
We’re looking for a nurturing, friendly, and approachable individual to join our warm and supportive team as an Early Years Apprentice. This is a fantastic opportunity for someone passionate about working with children to gain hands-on experience while working towards a recognised childcare qualification.
You will primarily be based in our Tweenies Room, supporting children aged 18 months to 2 years, with flexibility to work across other age groups when needed. You’ll play an active role in supporting children’s learning and development through play, while ensuring their safety, well-being, and happiness.
Key Responsibilities
Provide care and support for children in the early years Assist in planning, preparing, and implementing age-appropriate activities Support children’s learning and development through play-based experiences Provide personal care, including nappy changing and toileting Support with feeding and mealtimes Carry out general nursery duties to maintain a safe, clean, and stimulating environment Work as part of a team to create a welcoming, inclusive atmosphereWhat We’re Looking For

This involves regular catch-ups, check-in emails and calls. Your employer will agree to give you 20% of your working hours solely towards your studies.
This will give you every chance to achieve the highest grade possible! On completion of this 12-month apprenticeship, you will have gained; Early Years Practitioner – Level 2.
Training Outcome:
Possibility of a full-time role after the completion of the apprenticeship.

Working Hours :
Monday-Friday (shifts between 07:30-18:00).
