Apprentice Vehicle Mechanic

The Apprentice Light Vehicle Technician will be involved in a wide range of hands-on tasks, including inspecting, servicing, repairing, and maintaining motor vehicles. Under the guidance of experienced technicians, they’ll learn to diagnose faults, carry out routine maintenance, replace components, and ensure vehicles meet safety and performance standards.

Training:

Northampton College Booth Lane Campus 1 day per week over a 30 month period depending upon prior skills and knowledge.

Training Outcome:

Potential for a full-time position once the apprenticeship is complete and progression within the company.
