The general administration duties within this role may include:
Receiving and managing phone calls with professionalism and efficiency Handling incoming and outgoing emails promptly and courteously Organising and maintaining files to ensure smooth operations Photocopying in a timely manner Efficiently inputting data to support organisational needs Any other general admin duties and ad-hoc duties as defined by managementTraining:
