Responsibilities: As a Licensing Enforcement Officer, you will:
Conduct inspections and investigations to ensure compliance with licensing regulations.
Engage with businesses and individuals to provide guidance on licensing requirements.
Prepare reports and maintain accurate records of enforcement activities.
Respond to queries and complaints related to licensing matters.
Work collaboratively with colleagues and external stakeholders to uphold regulatory standards.
Requirements: We’re seeking professional and proactive individuals who are:
Eligible to work in the UK.
Able to provide 2 years of references/work history.
Committed to maintaining confidentiality and adhering to health and safety protocols.
Experienced in enforcement, compliance, or regulatory roles (desirable but not essential).
Strong communicators with excellent attention to detail and the ability to work independently or as part of a team.
Welsh language skills are desirable but not essential.
