Production Operative

Holt Engineering are recruiting for a Production Operative to work within a factory in ferndown.  Are you hands-on, detail-focused, and keen to develop your skills in a growing manufacturing environment? We’re looking for a Production Operative to join a well-established manufacturing company based in Ferndown.  What you’ll be doing: - Carrying out assembly work to precise specifications - Preparing materials and surfaces  - Using adhesives, resins, and hand tools to produce high-quality components - Inspecting work to ensure it meets quality standards - Following health & safety procedures at all times What we’re looking for: - Previous experience in a manufacturing, assembly, or production role. - Good attention to detail and commitment to quality work - Ability to work independently and as part of a team - Willingness to learn and develop new skills Hours: Monday to Friday, day shifts Location: Ferndown, Dorset Pay: £12.21 per hour overtime as and when needed.  If you’re ready to join a manufacturing team where your skills will be valued and developed, apply today!
