Mobile Air Conditioning Engineer

Mobile AC Engineer – FM Service Provider – Van Mobile - £50,000 per annum

CBW Staffing Solutions is currently recruiting several Air Conditioning engineers to carry out planned and reactive commercial maintenance across a commercial contract around London and the surrounding areas. The successful candidate will have a strong understanding of Facilities Maintenance and have a proven track record in commercial building maintenance.

This position would be ideal for an Air Conditioning Engineer currently in a similar position who is keen on progression. In return, the company are offering a competitive salary of up to £50,000 with lots of potential for extra money with overtime.

Air conditioning and refrigeration - Service/maintenanceYour main duties will be service and maintenance on split systems, VRVs, VAV's and VRF's, AHU's, FCU's, Chillers and all HVAC and refrigeration plant.Pressure leak testsFault findingCompressor changesBraisingElectrical Knowledge would be beneficial.Extensive building services knowledge Requirements

AC qualified - City & Guilds Level 2 F-Gas qualification (Essential)Electrical Knowledge (Preferred)Must be able to provide copies of your trade certificatesA proven track record in commercial building maintenanceMulti-skilledGood communication skillsClient Facing
