Office Administration Apprentice
The successful candidate will assist with day-to-day operations, including;
Managing support tickets Preparing reports Maintaining accurate records Logging and closing customer support calls Sending daily/weekly/monthly reports to clients Collating and organising data Updating and maintaining internal and external documentation and ticketing systems Assisting with basic troubleshooting and escalating issues where necessary Supporting the businessTraining:
1 Day a week virtual College training The rest of the training will be completed in the workplace
Training Outcome:
Potential to progress into a full time role within the company
