Supply Chain Apprentice
Providing prices for materials included in project plans and drawings
Contacting a range of suppliers and sub‐contractors to obtain quotations
Agreeing delivery times
Keeping detailed records and maintaining well‐organised work schedules
Dealing effectively with challenges with suppliers and the flow of materials
Ensuring compliance with the safety, health and environment requirements of materials and services
Manage and complete import and export procedures
Analyse supply chain data
Plan effective logistical operations to meet customer requirements
Assess supplier performance and capabilities
Create action steps for logistical improvements
Training:
On successful completion of the apprenticeship, individuals will have achieved the CIPS Level 4 Diploma in Procurement & Supply, a globally recognised qualification
Training will be a combination of on the job and off the job
The off the job element will include classroom style learning and revision days as well as one to one tutor sessions
Study guides, eBooks and eLearning will be provided
Training Outcome:
Business may offer permanent position at end of apprenticeship based on the qualification & experienced achieved.

Working Hours :
Monday to Thursday - 7am to 3.30pm Friday - 7am to 12.30pm With flexible timing option.
