I am working with a dynamic and fast growing hotel group that is seeking a talented Head Chef to lead a new Lebanese-inspired restaurant concept within a premium hotel environment.

This is an exciting opportunity for a culinary professional to shape a distinctive dining experience, combining traditional Levantine Flavors with contemporary techniques. The successful candidate will oversee the kitchen’s operations, ensuring the highest standards of quality, presentation, and consistency.

Role Overview

Take full responsibility for the kitchen, managing all aspects of daily operations and culinary outputDesign menus that honor authentic Lebanese cuisine while incorporating creative, modern touchesEstablish and maintain clear culinary standards, ensuring every dish meets taste and presentation expectationsMentor and guide kitchen staff, encouraging skill development, teamwork, and efficiencyManage food costs, monitor inventory, and optimize purchasing and storage processesMaintain rigorous hygiene and safety practices in compliance with all regulatory standardsSource high-quality ingredients and maintain strong relationships with suppliersWork collaboratively with management on seasonal menus, special events, and concept enhancementsEnsure smooth service during all operating hours while maintaining guest satisfaction

Candidate Profile

Extensive experience in Middle Eastern or specifically Lebanese cuisine, with at least 3 years in a senior kitchen roleStrong background in managing a team in high-pressure or high-volume kitchen environmentsCulinary education or formal chef training preferredProven ability to execute dishes consistently while balancing creativity and authenticityKnowledge of menu costing, ingredient sourcing, and kitchen operationsStrong leadership, communication, and organizational skillsAttention to detail and commitment to quality and presentationFlexible schedule, including evenings, weekends, and holidays
