An exciting opportunity to join an established building services company based in Cambridge. CBW Staffing Solutions are currently recruiting for an Multiskilled Maintenance Engineer to be based covering several healthcare sites around the Cambridge area  He or she will be required to carry out planned and reactive building maintenance alongside the maintenance team.

Hours of work
Monday - Friday 08:00am - 17:00pmVan Mobile (Van Provided)£25 per hour depending on experience Temp on going  Key duties & ResponsibilitiesLighting (Small installation, Fault-finding, Lamping, etc)Emergency lighting testsControl PanelsChanging BallastBMS System - Monitor (i.e. Hot & cold)Maintain and update Log booksPlumbing - Unblocking toiletsPumps, motors Requirements
Electrically or mechanically qualified City & Guilds - Level 2 & 3 City & Guilds - 18th EditionMust be able to provide copies of your trade certificatesA proven track record in commercial building maintenanceMulti-skilledGood communication skillsClient Facing
