Are you an experienced Shift Leader ready for your next challenge? This is your chance to join one of the UK’s leading FM service providers, working on a landmark, state-of-the-art building in the heart of London’s financial district. We’re looking for a highly skilled and motivated professional to take charge of a dedicated shift team, ensuring the smooth operation of critical building services in a prestigious landlord contract environment.

Key Responsibilities
Lead and manage the shift team, providing clear direction and supportCarry out hands-on maintenance when requiredEnsure all Planned Preventative Maintenance (PPM) and reactive works are completed on time via the PPM systemQuickly diagnose and rectify faults to minimise downtimeConduct quality checks on team performance, documentation, and site housekeepingMaintain adequate spare parts stock to keep all systems operationalComplete accurate maintenance records and job sheetsPrepare, review, and implement Method Statements and Risk Assessments to ensure safe working practicesAbout You
